Frequently asked questions
How does sharing with another caregiver work?
Generate an invite code inside the app and share it with whoever you like. Once they enter the code, they join your baby's shared circle and can view and add logs in real time. You decide who's in the circle and can remove them at any moment. Access is revoked instantly.
Which devices does Pebby work on?
Pebby is available on iPhone, through the Apple App Store. An Android version is on our roadmap, but for now Pebby is built and optimised for iOS.
Is there a free version?
Pebby is a paid subscription with a free trial so you can try everything first. There's no limited free tier. One simple plan unlocks every feature for your whole caregiving team.
Can I get my data out of Pebby?
Absolutely. Your data is always yours. Export your baby's full history as a CSV or a formatted PDF whenever you like, straight from the app.
Is my family's data private?
Always. Your data is encrypted in transit, never sold, and only visible to the caregivers you invite. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Read the full Privacy Policy.
